Crew Paperwork

Background Check & Name Badge

Every person who works in a City Wide building needs a background check on file before their first shift, and every cleared person gets a City Wide name badge. Tell us who, and we start it. No paperwork to print.

1

Where does this crew work?

Northern Nevada means Reno, Sparks, Carson City and the area around them. North Las Vegas is Las Vegas. Pick the region first, then your company name can be matched to our records.

3

Which building is this for? Optional

If this crew is going into one building, tell us which one. Some buildings need a different check, and this is how we know. Leave it blank for general crew.

What do you need?

5

Who is it for?

Add everyone at once. Type each legal name exactly as it reads on their government ID, or the check comes back unmatched. A background check also needs their own email and mobile, because that is where the consent form goes.

6

Send it

We start the check within one business day. The crew member gets an email from Verified First to finish their part. If you attached your own report, our compliance team reviews it instead. You will hear from us when they are cleared, and badges are ready for pickup at your City Wide office.

Request received

Each person on a background check gets an email from Verified First. Ask them to finish it the same day, that is what moves things along. We will let you know when they are cleared.

Why every person, every time

Clients review camera footage, sometimes through a third-party security company. A background check on file and a visible City Wide name badge are how they know the person in the building at night is a contractor approved by City Wide. It protects your crew as much as the client.
