Add or Remove a Cleaner

Tell us who you are putting into a City Wide building, or who is coming off. City Wide keeps a record of every person working in a customer building. Type the building name the way you know it. You will not see any other company's people, and nothing here shows you anyone you did not type yourself.

When to use this: the same day you add someone to a building, and the day you take someone off. Most crews fill this out right after the background check goes in. One person can be added to more than one building in a single submission.

18 or older is a City Wide policy requirement for our buildings. It is not a statement of state or federal law. Do not send us a date of birth. Answer honestly. A "No" or an "In progress" still submits; it just gets looked at by a City Wide manager before the person starts.

Which Building or Buildings?

Type the building name the way you know it. Spelling does not have to be perfect. If we recognize it we will say so right here.

On a removal you can leave this blank if the person is coming off every building they are in.
