Report Supplies a Building Needs

In a building and see it running low? Tell us what it needs: paper, soap, liners, air care, and restroom stock. No brands or part numbers required. This is a report, not an order, and nothing is charged to you. Crew equipment, chemicals, and uniforms live in the Vendor Shop.

How this works: pick what the building is low on and roughly how many. Your report goes to the City Wide manager for that building, who works out the next step with the customer. Only your name goes on the report. Your email and phone stay with City Wide in case we have a question.
