City Wide Vendor Hub · Las Vegas & Northern Nevada

Commercial properties. On-time payments. Local crews.

City Wide Facility Solutions is a facility management company. We hold the service contracts for commercial buildings across Las Vegas and Northern Nevada and coordinate the work through local, independent vendors. If you run a crew that does janitorial, floor care, landscaping, windows, or the trades, this page is who we are and what working with us looks like.

Who We Are

Facility Management

We do something different. Every building we serve has a signed service agreement with City Wide and a City Wide Facility Solutions Manager who owns that relationship for years. We do not run crews. We coordinate the work through vendors like you.

What we do

We sell and manage commercial facility services, more than 20 of them, for office buildings, medical, schools, warehouses, and industrial sites in Las Vegas and Northern Nevada. The client signs with us. We handle the sales, the contract, the scope, the inspections, and the billing.

How we do it

Each property gets a Facility Solutions Manager who walks the building, writes a scope that makes sense, sets the price, and stays on the account. A night manager checks janitorial work after hours. When the client needs something, they call us, not you.

Where you fit

You are the expert in your trade. You do the work under your own business name, with your own people and equipment. We facilitate the contract, manage the client, and make sure you are paid on time. You invoice City Wide, never the client.

Get to know us first

The fastest way to know if this fits your crew is 30 minutes at our office in Las Vegas or Reno. No paperwork needed to come by. Book a time in Step 2.

Why Vendors Stay

What They Tell Us

Vendors who have been with us for years tell us the same five things.

Always fair

A City Wide manager writes every scope and walks every building before it is awarded. If the scope and the pay do not line up, we fix the scope or the pay. Nobody wins when a crew is set up to fail.

Good communication

You have one Facility Solutions Manager and one night manager, and you know how to reach both. Client requests, scope changes, and problems come to you through people who know the building, not through a ticket queue.

Constant new opportunities

New buildings and one-time projects post to the Open Opportunities board as they open. Your manager is also in your buildings regularly, looking for services the client needs and does not have yet. That is more work for you without another sales call.

A network, not just a job

You get connected to the other trades we work with, to training, and to the people who can help you take on bigger buildings and add services. Growing your business is good for ours.

Tools and education

Crew guides on workloading, equipment, color coding, medical and clean room work, a supply shop with vendor pricing, and help adding services you do not offer yet. We want you to be able to say yes to more.

What It Costs to Join

The Honest Answer

A lot of vendors assume a network like this charges a fee to get in. Some do. We do not.

There is no fee to join. Nobody at City Wide will ask you for money to get on file or to be considered for work. Getting on file is paperwork and compliance, nothing more.

What you do need is what any commercial contractor already carries to do the job. A business bank account in your company name. General liability insurance that names City Wide. Workers' compensation if you have employees. For janitorial crews, a background check on each person who will be inside a client building. If your services are regulated, any applicable licenses need to be in place. Those are the costs of running your business. None of them are paid to us.

The vendor packet also spells out how a missed service is handled and what you are agreeing to. Read it before you sign. We would rather you know now than be surprised later.

How Work Reaches You

Start to First Invoice
  1. 1
    Get on file

Finish the paperwork below. It takes most vendors a few days, mostly waiting on the insurance agent.

  2. 2
    Hear about work

Opportunities post to the board and your manager calls when a building fits your crew. You say yes or no. No obligation to take anything.

  3. 3
    Walk the building

You and the Facility Solutions Manager walk it together. You see the scope, the schedule, and the monthly pay before you commit.

  4. 4
    Get awarded and get paid

An Exhibit A puts the building, the scope, and the pay in writing. You start, you invoice City Wide monthly by the 28th, and you are paid on the 10th.

Get On File in Five Steps

In Order, At Your Pace

Four documents put your crew on file, five if you do janitorial. Work top to bottom, or jump to where you left off. Mark each step done and this page remembers your progress on this device.

1

Tell Us What Your Crew Does

Vendor Evaluation · About 5 Minutes
▼

Fill out the vendor evaluation once and pick every service your crew offers: janitorial, floor care, landscaping, the trades, restoration, and more. When work opens that matches what you do, you hear from us first. It takes about five minutes.

Meet the Team

30 Minutes at Our Office
▼

A relaxed half hour to get to know each other. We explain how City Wide works, the types of properties we manage, and the kinds of opportunities that become available, and we answer any questions you have about working with us.

  • Booking opens our Microsoft Bookings calendar, which syncs with our Operations team calendars, so every time you see is actually available. Pick one that works for you and come by the office.
  • Bring anything you want to show us: examples of your work, business cards, photos of past jobs, anything that tells us about your company.
  • Pick the meeting that matches your trade when you book. You leave knowing exactly how work gets assigned and what happens next.

Do janitorial? Use the janitorial packet.

It covers everything, so crews that do janitorial plus other services fill out one packet, not two. The difference: janitorial crews hold keys and often work in buildings alone, so their packet adds agreements on building security, key and access responsibility, and how janitorial work runs. The packet walks you through each one.

Download & Hand Off

Two documents to download. One goes to your insurance agent, one gets notarized. Both come back to us.

Banking: Voided Check or Bank Letter

Direct Deposit Setup
▼

Your packet includes an ACH authorization so we can pay you by direct deposit. We verify the account with one of the two documents below. Upload yours inside the packet, or email it to LVCompliance@gocitywide.com for Las Vegas or rncompliance@gocitywide.com for Northern Nevada if it is not ready when you sign.

Reviewing banking paperwork

Option 1: Voided Business Check

A printed check from your business checking account with VOID written across the front. The business name printed on the check must match your ACH authorization letter for letter. Starter checks, counter checks, and deposit slips cannot be accepted.

Option 2: Bank Letter

No printed checks? Ask your bank for an account verification letter. Most banks produce one the same day at a branch or through online support. It must include everything on the checklist below.

A valid bank letter has all five:

  • Printed on the bank's letterhead. Online banking screenshots and generic printouts cannot be accepted.
  • Shows your business legal name as the account holder, exactly as it reads on your ACH authorization.
  • Shows the full routing number and account number, and states the account type.
  • Signed by a bank employee, with their name, title, and contact information.
  • Dated within the last 90 days.
The rule that matters most

The name on your check or bank letter, your ACH authorization, and your packet must all be the same business name, and it must be a business account. We pay your company, not you personally. A personal account or a name that does not match stops payment setup until it is fixed.

Done when your check or bank letter is uploaded or emailed in.

Doing Janitorial? One More Item

Background Check · Janitorial Crews Only
▼

Janitorial crews hold keys and clean client buildings, often after hours, so a background check must be on file before your crew's first shift. It is the same process that gets you your City Wide name badge.

The Five Things That Slow Vendors Down

Nearly every onboarding delay is one of these five. Dodge them all and you are on file and eligible for work in days.

  • A personal name on the banking. The check, the bank letter, and the ACH authorization all need your company name. We pay businesses, not individuals.
  • Names that almost match. Desert Cleaning on the check and Desert Cleaning Group LLC on the packet sends us back to you. Letter for letter, everywhere.
  • Starter checks and stale letters. Temporary checks, screenshots, and bank letters older than 90 days cannot be accepted.
  • A certificate naming the wrong entity. City Wide alone is not enough. Your agent needs the exact certificate holder shown on the request form.
  • Signing the waiver early. The notary must watch you sign. A waiver signed at the kitchen table has to be redone.
